According to the contract, our company will safely transport the equipment to the installation location designated by the user within the specified time free of charge, and send technical service engineers to install it on site. When the spare parts for installation and commissioning are basically available, the technical service engineer will install and commission the machine within 1-3 days for users to use, ensuring that the installation and commissioning site environment is neat, clean, and orderly.

After-Sales Service
1. The whole machine free warranty for 2 years (except for lenses, belts and other wearing parts), lifelong maintenance. 
2. The warranty period starts from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, the faults that meet the warranty conditions will be repaired by our company free of charge.
3. After the warranty period service: We can provide after the warranty period service,after the warranty period service fee to personnel cost plus parts Cost composition. 
4. We will conduct regular visits or telephone visits to understand the use of customers' equipment.

A: We have 3 layers package,for the outside used standard export wooden case,in the middle ,the machine is covered by foam to protect the machine from shaking,for the inside layer,adopt stretch film for waterproof.
